Chat2Evidence charges ₹499 per evidence document generated. Payment is processed via Razorpay. No refund is issued after a PDF has been successfully downloaded. Your document is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of generation. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
1. About This Service
Chat2Evidence ("we", "the service", "the tool") is operated as a document formatting and legal evidence preparation service accessible at chat2evidence.netlify.app. The service converts WhatsApp chat exports into PDF documents formatted to comply with Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023.

2. Pricing and Payment
- The regular service fee is ₹499 (Indian Rupees) per evidence document. During the launch period, the service is free.
- Payment is processed securely by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Accepted payment methods include: UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and wallets.
- The fee covers generation and 24-hour storage of one (1) court-ready PDF document.
- There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Refund Policy
Once a PDF document has been successfully generated and made available for download, no refund will be issued. The service is considered fully delivered at this point.
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances only:
- Payment was deducted but the PDF was not generated due to a technical error on our side.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same document due to a payment gateway error.
To request a refund, contact nadimhamza41@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Document Storage and Deletion
- Generated PDF documents are stored in a private, encrypted cloud storage bucket for a maximum of 24 hours after generation.
- After 24 hours, documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers with no possibility of recovery.
- You may request immediate deletion of your document before the 24-hour period expires by contacting us at nadimhamza41@gmail.com.
- You are responsible for downloading and saving your PDF before the 24-hour window expires.
- We are not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to download within the 24-hour window.
5. Data Processing and Privacy
- All chat parsing, SHA-256 hash computation, and PDF generation occur entirely within your browser (client-side processing).
- Your WhatsApp chat content is never transmitted to our servers. Only the generated PDF file is stored temporarily for download.
- We collect your email address (via Google Sign-In) for account identification and to associate your payment with your document.
- We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns in aggregate. No personal chat data is involved.
- By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Delivery Policy · Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
By using Chat2Evidence, you agree that:
- You are the lawful owner or authorised custodian of the WhatsApp chat data you upload.
- You will not use the service to fabricate, alter, or misrepresent any electronic evidence.
- You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, intimidate, or harm any person.
- You understand that submitting fabricated evidence to a court is a criminal offence under Indian law.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms without notice or refund.
7. Legal Disclaimer
Chat2Evidence is a document formatting service, not a legal service. The PDF certificate it generates is formatted to comply with Section 63(4)(c) BSA 2023, but admissibility of evidence is ultimately determined by the court. We do not guarantee that the generated document will be accepted in any specific court proceeding. We are not advocates, legal professionals, or forensic experts. Always consult a qualified advocate regarding your specific case.
8. Intellectual Property
The Chat2Evidence software, design, and content are the intellectual property of the service operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your personal legal matter. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce the service, its code, or its design without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chat2Evidence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of legal proceedings, rejection of evidence by a court, or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific certificate in question (₹499).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
